The BC Interior is fortunate to enjoy four distinct seasons. Each season offers its own brand of outdoor recreational activities. Come November, when the snow falls, the landscape changes and a subtle white stillness covers the land. It's a time for a BC winter wonderland getaway. Rock Island features interesting and exciting adventures in the snow. Wintertime at Rock Island means cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing, skating or a guided nature trip with a chance to photograph our wilderness animals and birds.

For your convenience, outhouses are available and water is brought to your cabin. Our weekend packages include full meals and complimentary hot chocolate and coffee in the lodge.
